Project SEARCH Conference

The Project SEARCH Conference brings together over 650 experts and leaders from various sectors and backgrounds to share best practices and insights on the Project SEARCH Model and employment for young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Travis began his journey in 2022 as an intern at Project SEARCH. After graduating, he accepted a position with WVUH Nutrition Services, where he still works today.

Nick, a Project SEARCH instructor, highlights Travis's significant progress, noting that he applied the skills he learned to help his dad secure a job at WVU Medicine as well.

Since starting, Travis has achieved personal goals like obtaining his driver’s license and buying his first car.
